Persons: |
Northwestern Connecticut Transit District and Kelley Transit reserves the right to refuse transportation to any person under the influence of intoxicating beverages or drugs or to any person whose conduct is such, as to make one objectionable to other passengers. |
| Food & Beverage: |
Open containers of food or beverage are not allowed on buses operated by Northwestern Connecticut Transit District or Kelley Transit. |
| Animals: |
Animals will not be transported on the CANDYSTRIPER, except a service animal accompanying a disabled person. |
| Radios: |
Radios or sound equipment are permitted only when used with earplugs so as not to inconvenience other passengers. |
| Transfers: |
Transfers are FREE. Good for the completion of trip only. Not valid for return trip. |
| Bus Tickets: |
Bus tickets can be purchased from the drivers. Tickets are non-refundable. |
| Children: |
Anyone under twelve (12) years of age must be accompanied by an adult. |
| Smoking: |
Smoking is prohibited in the buses operated by Northwestern Connecticut Transit District and Kelley Transit. |
